Our in-home Sales Consultants and Technicians are taking extra measures. They are using hand sanitizer and frequent hand washing, as well as using a new mask and gloves in every household. Work boots will be left at the front door.
As we are exercising social distancing, we will not be shaking hands with our customers. We ask that you maintain a 6 foot distance from our Infiniti Air staff by unlocking your door for us, and then stepping back from the door. We ask that you do not go down to the basement furnace area while our technician is at work.
Payments can be made by E-transfer or by calling our office to provide your credit card information for processing of payments.If any of our staff experience symptoms, they are asked not to come into work. We ask that you inform us if anyone in your household are showing symptoms as well, so that we can take appropriate precautions.
